$250 Family Sessions (50 minute)
$250 Couple Sessions (50 minute)
$200 Individual Sessions (50 minute)

Insurance

I do not contract directly with any medical insurance companies. However, depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, I will provide a monthly statement of services rendered upon request. You can then submit the statement directly to your provider.  

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:  Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits reimbursement? Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit? Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment through Simple Practice.

24 Hours Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, you must cancel at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid charges.
